1. Digital Products & Services
Due to the nature of digital goods and services, all sales are final and non-refundable once access or delivery has been made, except where required by law or stated otherwise.
However, we may offer refunds under the following conditions:
- If you experience technical issues preventing access or use of a digital product and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
- If a service was paid for but not delivered as agreed
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase or project delivery.
2. Subscription Services
If you subscribe to any ongoing services (such as digital marketing or software subscriptions):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused service periods.
3. Custom Projects & Consulting Services
For custom services such as web development, branding, or marketing campaigns:
- A refund may be considered only before the project has started or in the case of a mutual agreement to cancel.
- If work has already begun, we reserve the right to deduct charges for work completed based on our time and resource allocation.
- Deposits and initial payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Order or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant supporting documents or screenshots
We aim to review all refund requests within 3–5 business days and respond accordingly.
